专利说明:

The invention relates to a cleaning means suitable for cleaning the inside of a fuel tank according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention also relates to a fuel tank for connection with - Methods for cleaning a fuel tank are known in the art, in which fuel is recycled to the outside of the tank and microbial growth is removed from the fuel transferred outside the tank by filtration, and then the cleaned fuel is recycled back to the tank. The cleaning process is easily incomplete here, because there are often bulkheads and other obstacles in the fuel tank, which makes it difficult to clean the dirt left in the walls of the tank simply by recycling the fuel. In addition, the cleaning result can be difficult to verify due to the bulkheads in the fuel tank and the location of the fuel connection.
In another method, the fuel tank / reservoir is removed from the vehicle to remove fuel and clean the internal surfaces of the fuel, but this method has the disadvantage of its slowness.
The invention is intended to eliminate or at least alleviate the problems encountered in the prior art described above. S The main object of the invention is to provide a cleaning means with which the fuel tank can be cleaned quickly in situ.
LO = 25 The cleaning means according to claim 1 achieves the above-mentioned T objectives. = * More specifically, the invention relates to a cleaning means adapted to a fuel tank according to claim 1 for cleaning the inside S of a fuel tank from a first inspection opening formed in said fuel tank, the cleaning means comprising a fuel D a tubular drain to drain fuel D from the fuel tank
through the first inspection port and a filter to filter the fuel. The cleaning means further comprises a tubular air supply device for compressed air to feed to the fuel tank as an air pulse from the first inspection port formed in the fuel tank.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning means comprises a cleaning unit comprising at least a tubular fuel supply unit and a tubular fuel discharge unit and an air supply unit which can be fitted inside the fuel tank.
The invention also relates to a fuel tank in connection with a vehicle, to which is provided a cleaning means for cleaning the inside of the fuel tank from a first inspection opening formed in said fuel tank. The fuel tank has at least one intermediate bulkhead which divides the tank into two or more sections, each section bounded by the bulkhead and the inner walls of the tank and having at least the first two inspection openings, each of which has a direct fluid connection to the bulkhead of the tank. The invention is based, firstly, on the fact that one or more inspection openings are made in situ in the fuel tank connected to the vehicle, i.e. without removing the fuel tank from the vehicle. This makes it easy to check the cleaning result of the fuel tank.
- Secondly, the invention is based on the fact that the fuel tank is cleaned with a cleaning means capable of recycling and cleaning the fuel in the fuel tank in order to filter and remove microorganisms. In addition, the cleaning means includes an air supply device capable of producing short air pulses for cleaning the fuel tank. Preferably, the air supply device is adapted to provide compressed air pulses inside the fuel tank, wherein the duration of each pulse is 1 to 10 seconds, preferably 2 to 5 seconds, and the air pressure of each re-pulse is 5 to 15 bar and preferably about 10 bar. Successive compressed air + pulses can also consist of a continuous compressed air supply, where the air pressure z varies between 1 and 15 bar.
30 - In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning means comprises a cleaning unit comprising at least a tubular fuel supply unit and a tubular fuel removal unit and an air supply unit which can be fitted inside the fuel tank.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, a threaded rod is connected to the plate to be fitted in the inspection opening during the manufacture of the inspection opening lid. This prevents parts of the deck hatch from falling inside the fuel tank. The invention and its advantages will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 shows a schematic longitudinal sectional view of a cleaning unit of a cleaning device according to the invention mounted on a fuel tank. Fig. 2 also shows a schematic sectional view of a cleaning means according to the invention. 41, the cleaning means 1 comprising a fuel D recirculation apparatus 3 having a tubular supply device 31 for supplying fuel D to the fuel tank 1 and a tubular discharge device 33 for discharging fuel D from the fuel tank 7 through said first inspection opening 4; 41 and a filter 35 for fuel (D) to filter. The cleaning means 1 further comprises a tubular air supply device 2 - compressed air for supplying to the fuel tank 7 as an air pulse from the first inspection port 4:41 formed in the fuel tank 7. Figure 1 shows. a cleaning unit of the cleaning means 1 according to the invention, comprising at least a tubular fuel supply unit 30a and a tubular fuel discharge unit 30b and an air supply unit 35 which can be fitted inside the fuel tank.
O + The invention further comprises a fuel tank 7 in connection with the vehicle, to which a cleaning means 2 for cleaning the inside of the fuel tank can be fitted - from a first inspection opening 4:41 formed in said fuel tank. 2 The fuel tank 7 has at least one intermediate bulkhead 71 which divides the fuel tank 7 = 30 into two or more parts, each part bounded by the intermediate bulkhead 71 and the inner walls of the tank, and the tank is provided with at least two first inspection openings 4:41, each of which can be formed straight. fluid connection to the part of the fuel tank divided by the bulkhead.
Only some embodiments of the invention as defined in the claims have been described in the above embodiments, and it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the invention may be practiced in many other ways. O OF O OF
